When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. This doesn't include bank holidays and weekends though! If you are in an urgent case, please contact us and we will try our best to dispatch it ASAP.
Can I track the status of my delivery?
We will send you an email or notify you through social media once we have dispatched your order. You will find the tracking link in the email. For any further queries please contact us.
I don't live in the UK — do I have to pay customs?
In most cases, yes. Please check the import tax policy in your country. Even if you live in the EU, all countries inside the EU will also need to pay import tax.
Do you have a physical shop? Can I visit?
No, we operate exclusively online. However, we offer small warehouse bookings for visitors in Leeds, including items not yet on the website. If you want to book a visit, please contact us.
Are all your items authentic?
All items are screened for authenticity before they go on the website. Everything is authentic unless stated as "bootleg" in the description.
Are all your items vintage?
About 70% of our items are vintage. We also list some styles from recent years.
What if the item doesn't fit as expected? Do you offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues?
You can return it within 14 days in its original condition for an exchange or refund, minus the original postage cost. Check our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
