About
Our Story
We didn't set out to start a brand. We came to the UK to study, and somewhere between lectures and charity shops, we fell in love with something we hadn't expected: vintage Burberry.
There's something about a worn-in Burberry trench or a checked wool coat from the 80s that nothing new can replicate. The weight of it. The history in it.
Back home in China, vintage Burberry exists, but most of what circulates is made in Japan. Perfectly decent, but not the same as a coat cut and sewn in England, back when Burberry still meant something different. The real British-made pieces were almost impossible to find at a fair price.
Here in the UK, it's a different story, but only if you know where to look. The real finds are in the quiet charity shop in a town nobody visits, the estate auction in the countryside, the car boot sale where someone's clearing out their late father's wardrobe without quite knowing what they have. That's where the honest prices live. We spent years learning those spots.
We started buying for ourselves, then for friends who kept asking "where did you get that?". We'd send pieces back to China, share finds on WeChat, and slowly realised there were a lot of people who wanted exactly what we were finding. They just didn't have access to it.
We understand that established vintage shops carry real costs: physical stores, staff, sourcing trips, years of expertise. Their prices reflect that, and fairly so. We just happen to work differently. No shop front, no marketing budget, no middlemen. We source ourselves, sell online, and keep our costs as lean as possible so we can pass that on to you.
The goal is simple: we want you to feel like you stumbled across a Burberry mac on a charity shop rail for just over a hundred quid and couldn't quite believe your luck. That feeling. That price. That's what we're going for.
Every piece we list is something we'd wear ourselves. We photograph honestly, describe every flaw, and price fairly, because that's how we'd want to buy.
