When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.  This doesn’t include bank holidays and weekends though! If you are in a urgent case, please contact us we will try our best to dispatch it asap.

 

Can I track the status of my delivery?

We will send you an Email or notify you through social media platform once we dispatched. You will find the tacking link in the email. Any further quries please contact us.

 

I don’t live in the UK, do I have to pay customs?

In most of the case, Yes, please check the import tax policy in your country. Even you live in the EU,  all countries inside the EU will also need to pay import tax.

 

Do you have a physical shop & can I visit?

No, we operate exclusively online. However, we offer small warehouse bookings for visitors in Leeds, including items not yet on the website. If you want to book a visit time, please contact us.

 

Are all your items authentic?

All items are screened for authenticity before they hit the website. Everything is authentic unless stated as “bootleg” in the description.

 

Are all your items are Vintage?

About 70% of our items are Vintage. We also list some latest styles from recent years. 

 

What if the item doesn’t fit as expected? Do you offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues?

You can return it within 14 days in its original condition for an exchange or refund, minus the original postage cost. Check our Return Policy for details.
