What is your returns policy?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How do I return an item or order?
If you’d like to return any part of your order, pop us a message via our Contact Us page and we can process it for you. We suggest you contact us through WeChat(bbr_vintage) or Instagram(bbrvintage) to get a quick response.
How many days do I have to return/exchange my item?
You have 14 days after delivery to get in touch for us to accept a return. Please post your goods back to us as soon as possible so we can process your return.
Can I exchange the item I bought?
Of course, Contact Us and tell us which item you are returning and the URL link to the new item you want and we will get back to you ASAP.
I’ve organised an exchange, within how many days do I have to return my item?
Once we’ve agreed an exchange we will take your new item out of stock so no one else buys it. We must receive your original item within 7 days of agreeing the exchange. If it isn’t with us by this time we will cancel the exchange and make the item available for others to purchase.
Who pays to return an item?
You pay for the return postage, and we’d recommend a tracked and insured service.
When will my return be processed?
We aim to process your return within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (excluding weekends and holidays).
I’ve paid using Klarna how do returns work?
You send the goods back, we credit the funds back to Klarna, Klarna refund you.
I sent back an order and you guys haven’t recieved it. What should I do?
Chase this up with your courier ASAP. When shipping, we advise to get insurance and tracking on your parcel so you’re always covered. Keep the receipt until we have processed your return. Unfortunately, we can’t refund any lost items.
